Wolcott Farms 4 Seasons of Fun, LLC is a family-owned farm that has been proudly rooted in Wyoming County for over 40 years, nestled on 48 acres of beautiful countryside. Born and raised in Wyoming County, **Tina Wolcott—a lifelong horsewoman and mother of six beautiful children—**has built a life and business centered around horses, community, and service. Operating alongside the farm is Horses Healing Hearts Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) formed in 2021, which serves as the heart of our mission. Together, Wolcott Farms 4 Seasons of Fun, LLC and Horses Healing Hearts Inc. provide equine training, guided riding experiences, carriage and sleigh rides, youth programs, and equine-assisted services for veterans, first responders, individuals with special needs, and those seeking mental health support, with a third generation now coming on to continue the family tradition.
Tina Wolcott began her horse career teaching children at YMCA Camp Weona and continues to maintain a working partnership with the camp, offering horseback riding experiences for youth. She later ran the horseback riding program at Letchworth State Park from 2002 to 2008, located just 18 miles from Wolcott Farms and often referred to as the “Grand Canyon of the East.” Letchworth State Park has been voted the #1 State Park in the nation for the past three years, highlighting the extraordinary natural beauty surrounding our farm and region.
At the core of our work is Horses Healing Hearts Inc., our nonprofit program dedicated to using horses as a source of connection, confidence, and healing. We proudly serve veterans, first responders, individuals with special needs, and those navigating mental health challenges through guided equine experiences, group rides, and overnight group retreats for veterans, with plans to continue expanding these offerings in the future. These programs are designed to provide a safe, calm, and supportive environment where meaningful relationships can grow between people and horses.
Wolcott Farms is operated by Tina Wolcott, alongside her children Bryttany Ward and Dayton Wolcott, who help manage the daily operations as the next generation of the farm. Together, the family uses natural horsemanship techniques in all training and riding programs. We work with horses of all breeds, including a stallion, and regularly have foals (babies) on the ground, which has become a favorite and educational experience for visitors. Seeing young horses grow and interact with people is a meaningful highlight for many guests.
Behind the scenes, Craig Wolcott, Tina’s husband, plays a vital role in keeping the farm running smoothly. From maintenance and construction to setup, logistics, and day-to-day support, Craig’s dedication allows both the farm and nonprofit programs to operate safely and successfully.
The farm is also home to a large and unique obstacle course, designed to build confidence and desensitize even the most nervous horses. This obstacle course is available for rent, allowing horse owners to bring their own personal horses to train in a supportive and controlled environment.
While horses and healing are our primary focus, Wolcott Farms also operates maple syrup production as a complementary farm activity. For safety reasons, guests do not observe boiling in progress; however, we offer educational walk-through demonstrations when the evaporator is not running, allowing visitors to learn about the maple process in a safe and informative way.
In recognition of our growth, community involvement, and dedication to agriculture and service, Wolcott Farms 4 Seasons of Fun, LLC was honored as Agri-Business of the Year by the Wyoming County Chamber & Tourism office.
