Our cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or peaceful countryside escape. Tucked back in the woods at Wolcott Farms, the cabin offers privacy, quiet, and beautiful natural surroundings—yet remains close to everything you may want to explore.

Relax on the porch or spend time down by the pondside dock, where you can watch the horses grazing in the nearby pasture while listening to the soothing sound of the fountain or the breeze flowing through the trees. Just a short walk away, enjoy evenings by the wood-burning campfire pit tucked near the woods (firewood furnished)—perfect for stargazing, storytelling, and cozy nights outdoors. The setting is calm, scenic, and truly one of a kind.

The cabin is fully equipped for comfort in every season and includes a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a spacious living room, TV, air conditioning, and heat. The bedroom is located upstairs, and for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, a comfortable sleeper sofa is available on the main level. The cabin also features a full bathroom.

Step outside to enjoy the private deck with an outdoor kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, grill, and outdoor fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring or a romantic evening ride.

Our cabin is just 18 miles (about 20 minutes) from Letchworth State Park, often called the “Grand Canyon of the East,” and only 10 minutes from downtown Warsaw, where you’ll find restaurants, local shops, and ice cream stands. East Aurora is also a short scenic drive away and offers wonderful dining options in a charming, old-fashioned village known for its brick roadways, classic five-and-dime store, and small-town atmosphere—perfect for a romantic dinner or leisurely evening stroll. We are also conveniently located about one hour from Buffalo and Rochester, making this an easy and relaxing getaway.
